What is DekeAI and how does it relate to Dekeyodo?
DekeAI is the AI content production product line of Dekeyodo. It includes two tools: Deke Shichuang for batch AI short-video generation and Deke Tuying for AI product images at scale. The company website is www.dekeyodo.com.
Access
Can I sign up and use it right away?
Both Deke Shichuang and Deke Tuying are in closed beta with invitation-only access. Submit a request on this page and we will onboard accounts in application order and help you produce your first batch.
How soon will you contact me after I request access?
We usually get back within one business day to confirm your use case and onboarding date. Beta seats are limited, so scheduling depends on availability.
Do I need to request access to both products separately?
One request is enough. Select the products you are interested in and we will set up the corresponding accounts together.

How long does one video take to generate?
Under normal queue conditions, a 15-second commerce video takes under three minutes to generate. Batch jobs are processed in submission order.
Do I need editing experience to use Deke Shichuang?
No. You provide the product information and selling points; the script, visuals, voice-over and captions are generated automatically. You can preview and edit the copy before exporting.
Which platforms and formats are supported?
Deke Shichuang ships with presets for TikTok, Amazon, independent stores and major Chinese platforms, and can export portrait, square and landscape versions in one click.
Do you support English or other languages?
Yes. Deke Shichuang can generate scripts, voice-over and captions in the target market language, which suits TikTok, Amazon and other cross-border scenarios.
Pricing
How is the $1.2 price for a 15-second video calculated?
The $1.2 price covers a single 15-second video at the default resolution, billed per generated video during beta. Longer durations and more complex visual or voice-over options are priced higher; the final quote is confirmed during onboarding.
Images
Can Deke Tuying replace product photography?
Deke Tuying replaces post-production retouching and resizing rather than the shoot itself. It turns raw shots into marketplace-compliant white-background and lifestyle images in every required size.
Rights & security
Are my uploaded assets safe? Will they be published?
Uploaded assets are used only to generate your content. They are never published publicly or reused for other customers. Final terms are confirmed during onboarding.
Who owns the generated content and can I use it commercially?
Provided you hold the rights to the material you upload, generated content may be used commercially. You are responsible for complying with each platform's policies and applicable law, and we recommend reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.
